OBSESSED! Aura Lashes

Full lashes topped off almost every look on the runway for Spring! Not blessed with full lases? No worries, we've got you covered with this natural looking alternative!

I am OBSESSED with these Aura Lashes! I have full lashes naturally but when I want to look super done up  for a night out, a hot date or special occasion I love me some falsies. What I hate is the harsh, brittle look of synthetic lashes. I fell in love when I found these! Aura Lashes are made from mink fur (don't worry PETA supporters, these are made from the fur minks shed & are cruelty free) and give a natural, feathery look to totally glam out your eyes!

Some Tips for Aura Lash Success:

1. Don't apply mascara over these- the natural look of these lashes don't require is as they blend in perfectly with your own lashes

2. Remove by dabbing water or oil FREE makeup remover along the band to loosen glue then gently pull starting from the inside corner of your eye.

3. Promptly remove glue from the band after you remove your lashes

4. Always store in the original case. This will help the lashes keep their shape as well keeping them dust/particle free

I love to sun worship and with my Mediterranean features, the sun definitely loves me but after hitting the big 30, I've tried to cut back on the amount of sun exposure I get and definitely on the amount of fake n' baking I do! I have tried many different bronzers to give my olive skin that little umph it needs to look warm & glowing in the cooler months but they have either turned me orange or destroyed any article of clothing I have attempted to wear over them.

Why I am OBSESSED!

• You get a warm, freshly sun kissed glow with a touch that is truly bronze. No fake orange here!
• Doesn't Rub Off!- I initially tested this in store. I let the test spot dry then rubbed it against my black shirt- nothing! Then I gave it a real test- date night in a cream colored dress.At the end of the night the dress was still cream!
• Product distributes evenly and a little goes a long way!
• Dry coconut oil leaves skin feeling soft & moisturized
• Smells great! It reminds me of the old Hawaiian Tropic Body Oil my mom used to wear!

How I use it:

I shower and exfoliate my body well and upon exiting I immediately applied a light lotion to my body. Rub a small amount of the Body Bronzer into each body section until it is soaked up by my skin. I give it anywhere from 5-10 minute to dry, then dress & go! I've also mixed a couple dabs into my tinted moisturizer to give my face the same warm glow but I don't recommend this on a daily basis if you are prone to break outs. Product washes off easily in the shower & doesn't leave any residue or stained skin.

These sexy legs belong to my Round Table Lady, Hillary! Her left leg looks naturally tan with the smallest hint of shimmer for a sexy glow! All of the ladies fell head over heels for this product!

Spring How To- Golden-Bronze Skin & Vibrant Orange Lips

Spring How To: Everyday Spring Makeup

Spring is full of gorgeous colors this year but everyone needs that daily go to look that you can style up just a bit!

I absolutely love this look! Its trendy but simple enough as a daily wear type of look and the color under the eye can be changed up frequently with different pops!

I am OBSESSED! with this product because its multi purposed & takes the place of numerous products so it saves me $$!!!

How I use it:
1. True to its label, as a face refresher- I try to sport a fresh washed face & keep my foundation limited to nights out or when I'm really going for a flawless look. This product helps me keep my face looking fresh all day long. The top of the bottle twists to keep the product from accidently dispersing so this bottle is always in my purse. Mid-day I will mist on the Fix+ all over my face. The cool feeling of the cucumber and chamomile gives my face an amazing soothed looked and feel.

2. As a primer- Perfect for warmer months when you want to sport a glowly, natural look with your favorite tinted moisturizer or BB cream. Spritz the Fix+ all over your face & let dry then apply your makeup over it. The makeup will glide on and stay in place longer, even with the heat & sweat.

3. Set your makeup & give yourself a glow- I hate a powdered look on my face but if I wear a full foundation I have to powder my Tzone to keep the oil in control.  After apply my face makeup (foundation, powder & blush/bronzer), I spritz your face lightly with Fix +. Instead of the makeup sitting on top of my skin, it will sets it into my skin. This also helps to keep your makeup from caking up in the creases on your forehead & lines around your mouth to give you a smoother look. This technique is great for achieving that minimal makeup, fresh dewy look even in the cooler months or with uneven skin.

4. Make/keep eyeshadows vibrant- Nothing is more of let down than buying a great eye color then getting it home to discover it doesn't go on the same color or it dulls out as soon as the oil from your skin mixes with it. Spritz your eyeshadow brush with Fix+ then dip it into your color, shake off the excess then pat the color onto your eye lids. Not only will your color be more vibrant but then bonding properties of this product will keep it looking vibrant and in place for hours on end, no more oily creases in your eyeshadow. This technique works great with loose pigment eye colors as well!

5. Create custom eyeliner- Colored liners are so in this season but it can get costly to buy numerous shades. A great alternative (that I use all the time) is to make your own. Scrape some of your favorite colored eyeshadow into a small cup, give it a couple of squirts of Fix+ and mix. Use a eyeliner brush to apply. It will go on wet but will look like a beautiful cream liner when it dries. Your eyeliner options are now limitless!

6. Dilute thick product- Hard to work with product such as oil free foundation or heavier products such as cream foundation or cream eyeliner can sometimes be hard to work with and apply evenly. Spritz your applicator brush with Fix+ before dipping it into your product. This will make it easier to apply and will keep eyeliners in place longer (no black inner eye globs!) This technique is also great for turning your favorite foundation into a long lasting tint in the summer.
